\"1.Second line support with necessary expertise to resolve issues escalated from Front office.
2.Provide technical reports for customer to identify cause of problems and give preventive guidance.
3.Escalate the trouble ticket to third line when BO cannot solve it and monitor it until solved.
4.Prepare implementation plan for change requests and submit it to third line support for approval.
5.Fulfill the service configuration and activation according to the plan.
6.Cooperate with Huawei third line support & HQ to deal with the network problems such as collecting statistics, databases, configuration files, traces and logs.
7.Health checks for monthly maintenance.
8.Updating the weekly report especially technical issues, network details, version information, third party equipment list, fault parts list, services and other network related information weekly.
9.Preventative maintenance as a patrol inspection based on forewarnings.
10.Daily / Weekly / Monthly Backup.
